This book began as an APA formatted research paper. It is my response to the disbelief I have faced in telling people about my targeting and brutal persecution with directed energy weapons and mind-invasive technologies. Utilizing 128 references and live links to facts from the public record, it begins as an introduction to the subject with the latest available evidence on the growth of the directed energy weapons and wireless brain/computer interface markets. The majority of people are completely unaware that directed energy weapons exist, much less that they are proliferating in a market worth tens of billions of dollars. The wireless brain/computer interface device market evidences similar growth. Evidence for the existence of a large population of Targeted Individuals is overwhelming. Evidence for rapid growth of this population in the past decade is shown. In order to grasp how a government-sponsored criminal program like this could happen, Lobaczewski's Political Ponerology is summarized and the past criminal conduct of the U.S. intelligence agencies and military is reviewed. The weaponization of electromagnetic energy and advancements in biological and information warfare which heralded the revolution in military affairs are included. The theft of trillions of dollars from taxpayers is also included. Post-9/11 Continuity of Government planning and evidence for extensive underground infrastructure and tunneling technology brings us to Idaho, to the weapons research and development programs of the Idaho National Laboratories. The Idaho National Laboratories work on classified projects for the Department of Defense, and have some of the most dangerous government-sponsored criminals in residence such as Battelle, Lockheed Martin and the CIA. The nearby Pocatello, Idaho FBI/NSA Fusion Center, which I allege oversees the training of agents in illegal covert surveillance tactics and the covert use of mind-invasive technologies and damaging electromagnetic energy weapons, is discussed. I include evidence of my own targeting in Pocatello, Idaho, and Arco, Idaho, in the form of signed, notarized witness affidavits and photographic evidence of directed energy weapon attacks on my person. My own signed, sworn affidavit is also included. If you are awakening to the fact that there is a serious problem in government, you should read this book.
